Hudson Burnham interview questions

The interview process was like a conveyor, even tho I came in on time I had to wait for 15 min because there was one more person before me. The interview time was limited because the other applicants were waiting so I got kicked out without ALL my questions being answered. They were looking to hire a couple of hundred new agents (first red flag). No real information about the pay plan. The cherry on the top is that you have to pay a $350 onboarding fee just to start. To start their training. This is when I ran fast. They called me following up with texts and emails for weeks inviting me to start their training even tho I never answered. It just feels like a huge scam.
