Interview
I went through a brief phone screening with the founder/CEO of the company. The questions during the call were pretty standard and not difficult to answer, but I could tell she wasn't too excited to be talking to me. She said she would give me an update on future steps in " a day or two," but she never did. I emailed her to check in, but she never replied. I was a little disappointed to get ghosted like I did since they were so attentive up until that point.

Applied online, call with CEO, then video call with 3 other execs. Smooth, process. Discussed my previous experience and why I would be a good fit working with various teams in the role.

Interview
Had a phone chat then met directly with their CEO in a preliminary interview in SF. Thought things went well, they were pretty responsive during this time to my email inquiries. Was invited for a second interview with a Director and the same CEO, was told that I would hear back in a couple of days regarding my application. I never heard back from them again, not a single update to my application status or response to my follow up emails. Gave up on expecting to hear a response after a couple of weeks.
