I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hub Group (Oakbrook Terrace, IL) in Sept 2017
Interview
The interview process was well handled, and smooth. After applying for the job, I received a phone call days later for a short interview. At the end of that short phone call, HR set up a face to face interview for me with two others that I'd be working along. That interview lasted about an hour, and after a week or so HR contacted me again to set up the final face to face interview, which lasted about an hour as well. About two weeks after is when I got the offer for the job position.

Interview
Well first of all, the interviewers didn't have their zoom cameras on, so I thought that was unprofessional and uninviting. Basically, they asked me different situations and how I reacted to them (How did you react to a stressful time? Tell me a time when you negotiated with a person. Tell me a time when you had an upset customer and how did you resolve the issue?) They did ask me a few questions about the job itself. Overall, I felt uncomfortable throughout the process as if I never said the right thing and the demeanor of the interviewers were unfriendly. (No I am not salty I didn't get the job, I would have never accepted it after reading all of the terrible reviews about working here before the interview. Maybe it contributed to how I felt during the interview, but I did have an interview with the capacity planning team, and they were friendlier, but they also didn't have their zoom cameras on.)

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker/manager and how you resolved it.
Typical interview process with a human resource doing a phone screening along with multiple rounds of interviews. Entire process took around 2-3 weeks to complete. 1-2 weeks to onboard and complete the process. Fairly quick overall

Question 1
Knowing the difference between types of transportation within the supply chain network
First round with HR, second with the department head and managers. They asked standard hiring interview questions and seemed to have valued interest in the company and the transportation industry from an interviewee.
