First, online tests, including coding ability test and personality test .Second, two face-to-face interviews:the first focuses on knowledge, skills, experiences and the like, the second talks about life, careers, expectations,bonus and the like.

Can't remember much. Since Huawei employs a quite number of college graduates in China, applicants with good education background(like top 30 university in China mainland) and some project experience have a good chance to be employed. But it is still not easy to get a special offer.You need be outstanding.
