Three-phase interview process.
1. Written Test
- The written test was held on campus. There were questions from Analytical ability, IQ, Basic English, Basic Math (50 marks)
- Basic Telecommunication (25 marks)
- Basic Computer Science and Engineering/ Electrical and Electronic Engineering (25 marks)
At least 50% marks have to be achieved to qualify for final interview calls.
2. HR Interview
- HR interview took place in the Huawei Bangladesh office at Gulshan, Dhaka. It was an easy interview. HRs wanted to know about the candidates, their passions, their strength and weaknesses, their plans etc. It was just a general conversation. After this phase, few of the candidates were screened out.
3. Final Technical Interview
- It was the final phase of the selection, just after the day of HR interview. Candidates were to face the Chinese technical officials for these interviews. They had been asked some technical questions. They had been told about scopes and wanted a feedback in which field they were interested. And finally, they had to give a detailed presentation on a project from the listed projects in the CV.
Finally, the selected candidates were called on the same day and offered the jobs within a weak after depositing some documents.
