The whole interview process took about 3hrs. I was asked a number of technical questions. All these questions were rather simple, some were kind of primitive. No challenges were involved, so I suppose it has been the simplest interview for the last 10 years. I spoke with about 3 people from the Chinese HQ. All these people didn't speak English at all. Furthermore, my future manager didn't speak English. So it was a Chinese guy next to me who retold, not translated for both sides. I had spoken in English for 5 minutes, then I was retold in Chinese for 5 minutes, then some Chinese guy from TV talked in Chinese for another 5 minutes, etc. Lost it translation, completely. The feedback process was broken as well. It seems they have broken communication between Russain & Chinese stuff, for instance, they lost part of the information that was provided by me, asked for my contacts three times, etc.
