It was a smooth session, though there was limited exposure to the actual issues happening on site. Overall, the experience was acceptable, providing some insights despite the lack of context.

I applied online. I interviewed at Hovid (Petaling Jaya) in Mar 2025
Interview
Started with a physical assessment which comprises of technical questions. An hour after, the receptionist brought me to see the Head of Legal (interviewer). Then the interview started and got me thinking that no wonder the Glass Door reviews are all negative! (Yes I read them all before I attended the interview for heads-up so not surprised). The approach taken by the interviewer is conservative and sarcastic. She didn’t even bother to ensure I felt welcomed as a guest/interviewee hence improper questions were included in her list. Well at least be nice to your guest/interviewee by not showing your true colors too early.
