Good, interactive, interviewer was genuinely interested and asked all the questions you would expect. Didn’t have to do a role play - just talked about previous experience and how to make a sale, how I would help a customer, why I wanted to work at house of Frazer etc

This started with an initial interview and was then followed by a floor role play activity to see how I would interact with customers and the type of service I would provide to customers.
