Phone Screening and then an interview with CEO and Marketing Head, had to take a personality quiz for the first 5 minutes and the rest of the interview took about 20 to 30 minutes total

It started with me having to provide a Driver's abstract because the Owner is too cheap to pay for it. I was asked many broad questions that were proof of how little the Owner actually knew. Then I had to sign background check consent forms. After I left the interview I was sent a link to a Personality test which I had to take.
