Applied online. Was contacted by HR via email. Scheduled/conducted phone interview. The HR rep was very pleasant and easy to talk with. She asked if I would mind if she forwarded my resume to other departments she felt would be a good fit based on my experience.

-> Phone Screening
-> Two onsite interviews (Travel expense not reimbursed)
-> Second onsite interview was a lunch meeting with prospective team members
-> Good people and forward thinking work culture
-> Below Average Pay and Benefits. No relocation allowance/ assistance hence had to decline offer once I'd received another better offer.
