You will interview with an office manager. Make sure to know a little about the area and real estate sales from your recent course. Managers want to hire as many agents as possible so remember to also make sure that the office and the manager is a good fit for you. Being a real estate agent doesn't include a salary so there's not much risk to bring you on as a new agent.
