      24 May 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hotels.com (London, England) in Apr 2018

      Interview

I applied directly through their internal HR recruiter. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at the Angel office in London, UK in April/May 2018. The whole process took over 5 weeks and 3 trips to their office at my own expense. 1st round consisted of a telephone interview with HR to go over CV, past experience and why I left the previous company. 2nd round was at the Angel office and consisted of: - 30min Face-to-Face with higher level manager - 30min Face-to-Face with higher level manager - Test Round (45min spot test to make sure I could do the job and intermediate Microsoft skills) - 15min to ask my own questions about the role/company 3rd round was also at the Angel office and consisted of: - 30min Face-to-Face with Head of department - 30min Face-to-Face senior level executive 4th round was done from home as 2 video conference interviews to their USA office: - 30min Video interview with department technical manager - 30min Video Interview with area department manager 5th round was another telephone interview to go over everything that had already been spoken about, and to tell me the next round would be a presentation. 6th round was at their Angel office (again) and consisted of: - Presentation (of results from a mock project campaign and to build a new campaign for them based off the results of the mock one) - Face-to-Face senior technical executive of related department - Face-to-Face with director of department It did not seem like any of the interviewers were communicating to each other as the same questions were asked over and over, repeatedly by each person.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Repeatedly asked over and over abut previous job experience and if I was qualified for the role, even though I had previously worked alongside one of the interviewers.
