I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hotelchamp (Amsterdam) in Mar 2016
Interview
The last interview was with the CEO, the first two interviews with a junior and senior manager, which were good and nice interviews. The last interview with the CEO was unprofessional and painfully hilarious because he tried 'scaring' me by putting me under pressure with rude questions and pretending he was a very important person in a big successful company, those last two things turned out to be far from the truth...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you perform under pressure? I don't think you can, I think you've never dealt with pressure and can't handle it?! Have you ever had success?!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hotelchamp (Amsterdam) in Jan 2019
Interview
I applied online and had a phone interview for 30 minutes with the HR. Suprisingly, instead of a deny they spoke internally and asked me if I would be interested in a different position/departmet. This showed me that they really put effort in the application process and dont just give a simple "yes" or "no".
Then, I got the opportunity to talk to someone from the sales department and afterwards I had a Video interview with the COO followed by the last round with the CEO.
From the beginning until the end it was the best job application experience I had. The HR is very helpful and supportive and an absolute lovely and calm person. At Hotelchamp, you can feel the team spirit and the very nice environment.
