What do you think are the most important skills for this restaurant role?

Interview
It was a three month process starting with an online application, then a couple of phone interviews, and finally a group interview. There was a tour of the company and considerations about having all management personnel in a one room open space were dismissed. Then when an offer was made they merged two jobs into one with 2 hours training, no empowerment and high expectations for immediate results.
