It was pretty easy. Ask about experiences in relation to retail, selling and customer service. They ask availability and offered on spot. I recommend business causal but like smart causal.

Very laidback and not very stressful. Most questions were targeted towards music, anime, and pop culture. The managers will try their hardest to make sure you are comfortable and will attempt to ask about boundaries.

Interview
The interview was more or less what I expected. Very casual. This store was in a mall, so we talked in the food court right outside. I was asked some standard interview questions, but we chatted a bit about more personal things as well. At first I was really excited to join, having done some research, but was offered a pay rate of $10/hr, which was significantly less than I expected. I couldn't accept.
