Pretty straightforward, all the managers there make you feel extremely comfortable, as much as they can in an interview. Asked pretty straightforward questions about personality and restaurant knowledge. Knew I had the job within 24 hours.

Are you able to adapt in a fast and constantly changing work environment where you have to deal with the general public on the daily?
Casual interview process. Several interviews before offer, possibly by more than one person. Friendly, relaxed. Mostly asked about past work experience and told what to expect with the job. Looking more for a personality fit and willingness to be trained if necessary
