Interview
I applied for the position and in one business day I received an email telling me to call a number to schedule an interview. Interview was set for two days later, and I received an email with a host gator training link (Study this!!). The interview was a verbal test about websites, email, customer service, FTP, cPanel, WHM, and File Manager. Showing personality is a plus and don't be afraid to say you don't know the answer. Three days after the interview I received an offer letter telling me my pay rate and start date (you will need to call in and state that you accept the offer for the next step to happen). Awaiting my start date i was given an email containing directions of what to bring on your first day, benefits schedules and a pre-class study sheet.

Interview
Very easy; expect a group interview process. The interview is more like a company introduction. You will have a separate one-on-one moment, all you need to do is show a great personality and willingness to learn.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at HostGator.com (Houston, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
Submitted application online, received request for a phone interview within 3 days. At the end of the phone interview, I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. The supervisor that interviewed me was laid back but also very professional. He asked me several questions to gauge my technical experience and familiarity with the company. I received a call within an hour of leaving the interview to confirm that I got the job.
