Hospital Parking Management interview questions

It was haphazard with poor communication. I was told to take an Excel test but the person who wanted it and the person who administered it were on different pages as to what should be tested. After I had been told I had the job pending background, which is squeaky clean, and being ignored for a week and a half the director of resource management called to say that now I was being considered along with someone else but it was between us and he was taking down the add from Indeed the following day. The ad was never taken down. They then tried to bait and switch me with a different position.
