I was approached via Linked-In by a recruiter and phone screened with-in 24 hours. I then receievd a called from a Recruitment Coorinator who tried to book my interview for the same day leaving 7 hours to prepare. The process was really poor. I was left in a meeting room over 10 minutes past the time scheduled for my interview. My interviewer was the EA onsite and she told me that she was only with the company so she can internally transfer to the US. The questions were not tackful in anyway. She should me where I would possibly be sitting if I secured the position and asked questions like "do you like the desk?" "what do you think of the equipment?" I found this really strange non of these questions were actual background or experience of mine.
