I was contacted through a recruiter. First interview I was offered a position. I feel I was hired so quickly, because I met the the demographics their company was lacking. Great job and opportunity though.

It was a phone interview, I got asked many questions concerning the evaluation of my software skills, e.g. Adams car, SolidWorks, Office, my availability to work and my transportation tool and so forth.
