Applied online 3 different times. First two times I heard nothing back. The third time I applied through someone I know, apparently that's the trick to actually get an interview. One phone interview, one in person interview. Told during my in person interview that my position would never go anywhere in the company. At least they were honest that it would be a job, NOT a career. Should have listened to the negative reviews on Glassdoor.
