I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Horizon Innovations (Jacksonville, FL) in Dec 2016
Interview
Overall, the interview process was quick and simple. The first interview got a lot of the very basic questions out of the way. Then during the second interview, I really got to see if this would be a good fit for me or not. While the work seemed difficult, it wasn't out of the norm of what I had been doing in other sales calls with previous companies. They explained the opportunity for advancement and it really sounded appealing. The third interview was short and sweet as well. I got the job.

Interview
I really liked interviewing with Horizon Innovations. Everyone was very nice and professional. There were like three interviews I think. I got to meet a lot of different people at the company and got a feel for the office culture and general vibe during the second interview.

Question 1
How long have you been looking to change careers to sales and marketing?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Horizon Innovations (Jacksonville, FL) in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied online though monster I think, but they contacted me right away - the next day I think. The human resources manager asked me some basic questions to begin with and then I went in for the official interview the next day. It's pretty close to my home so the commute isn't too bad. During the interviews, I got all my questions answered and the management team seemed very interested in soft skills... which is a major plus for entry level people like me looking for a shot.
