I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hopin
Interview
warning: do not get your hopes up with this Company. I was super excited about this potential role. I had an outside recruiter contact me. They said my qualifications were great and I would be a great fit. They submitted me and then went dark. I read further reviews and looks like the company is a complete mess. Glad I dodged a bullet here.
This company appears to operate in a paralysis by analysis mode. They couldn't even have a conversation with me? I am going to monitor who they hire and I bet money it will be someone who is a professional interview that hops jobs every 12-14 months and then they will be searching for people again. This experience is everything that is wrong for well qualified job seekers in today's market. Oh yeah, and I am currently employed with a fabulous run at my current employer so I don't need a job, but wanted a new challenge. I guess they are going to miss out.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hopin (London, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
Timely, managed really well, lovely people, relevant feedback. Recruiter kept me in the loop throughout entire process. In the end, didn't get the job due to experience but seemed like a great place to work, smart people!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hopin (London, England) in May 2020
Interview
I saw Hopin were hiring for an Enterprise Account Exec on LinkedIn and applied for the role in early May. The entire interview process lasted approximately 4 weeks. It was during the peak of C-19 lockdown and obvious that they were going to get a lot of interest from candidates. I found the interview process very straightforward. What really drew me to the role was the fact that they were a start-up. Also, everyone I spoke with were very enthusiastic about wanting to build a brand. After my first round with HR, I had a chat with the Head of Business Dev. This was then followed by a panel presentation and finally a chat with the Chief Exec. I was finally offered the role and delightfully accepted it.
