They showed me around the facility and told me about the company. Let me shadow an RBT, then put me with another one. Finished talking in an office. They told me that they wanted to proceed to move forward with me in the hiring process. Also, I was told I would be a good fit and they need a lot of help. They told me they had not had an interviewee as intellectually spoken and with as much as I was doing in College. I was told HR would be getting back with me to continue the process. Called after a week and no one returned my phone calls. I received my email that I would not be progressing and when I called and actually talk to someone they started giving me excuses and running around as to why I was told that in my interview to give me high hopes just to be sent a rejection email. I still have not been explained to as to why that was said to me in an interview, and when I noticed they reposted the job 3 days after my interview. They couldn’t explain that either except it was on a “refresh mode”.
