Hope Services interview questions

First was a standard phone screen. 2nd interview was in person with two of the managers. All the questions were behavioral. After I was shown a tour of the facility for a feel of the environment an clients.

The interview lasted approximately one hour. The initial segment involved the director providing a brief historical overview of Hope Services. The subsequent portion focused on my personal journey and experiences up to that point. The third segment discussed my expectations for Hope Services, while the final segment presented a vignette to assess my thought process in that context.
