The interview process had been very comprehensive. The owner of the company wanted to know my legal background, my background in terms of technology and computer systems, and the fact that I was an English Major was a definite plus as having that background as a college student made me a perfect fit. I was able to pick up a number of corrections that needed to be made to documents and that was what the company really needed out of their assistant: a strong background in written English.
