I had reached out to a recruiter to see what openings they have pending, the role I was looking for wasn’t open yet. Applied for a different position but I really wanted an HR role, so a month later the recruiter told me they finally had an opening. I did a phone screen with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager and then a final onsite with a 15 minute presentation. The questions are thorough and they answer gracefully. I would come prepared, do research on the company and see why the mission and values speak to you.
