Pretty easy to answer questions if you have prior banking knowledge, just be prepared for normal interview questions. You will have a first interview virtual and if they want you back for a second interview then that would be in person.
I interviewed at Honor Credit Union (Saint Joseph, MI)
Interview
Easy. Apply. Answer questions. Get job. You know the drill. Wasn’t too hard at all. Idk if this is true but I want access to Glassdoor so I have to answer questions.
It sounds like your interview experience at Honor Credit Union was smooth and straightforward. We wish you the best of luck with the next steps in the process! 😊
I applied online. I interviewed at Honor Credit Union (Grand Rapids, MI) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process at Honor Credit Union felt very basic and lacked structure. After applying, I received an invitation for a phone interview four months later. During the interview, the interviewer seemed disorganized and struggled to stay on track, reading questions directly from the screen without engaging in a meaningful conversation. Overall, it didn’t reflect the professionalism I expected.

**Review of the Interview Process:**
The interview process was quite basic, featuring standard questions. Unfortunately, the Talent Acquisition team member seemed unprepared and disorganized. They frequently apologized, read questions verbatim, and even typed them out during the interview. Additionally, they repeated the same questions, which disrupted the flow and made for a frustrating experience. Overall, it did not meet my expectations for a professional interview.
