Complete an application form before interview. One round interview only, with one HR staff and two line managers. Start with brief introduction in cantonese, then ask your understanding on the applied job and how your previous experience match this role. Overall is relax, with interesting discussions about the industry, job requirements, ongoing projects, career path, your hobbies etc. 1~2 language questions in the end, like chatting with friends to test your english and putonghua. After panel interview, there is a written test in 90mins: a short essay for personality test, and some engineer questions based on company's real operation, not very difficult but may barely had enough time to finish all questions so take your time.
