Be prepared to answer question relating to your past experience especially in managing and organizing. If you have any experience in organizing in managing, be initiative to tell more. unfortunately i was not ready for the phone interview, so i answered badly and do not get into the next stage.

There are 3 stages of interviews. I only got through the first interview and it was ok. I can't describe how the second and third interviews would be like because I didn't pass but the interviewer was friendly.
