Hong Kong Finance interview questions

The interview process is quite brief. First it was a written technical tests consists Java concepts and then some general conversation with the line manager about your previous project experience.

I was asked to do a written test first for 30 minutes, later on the director of the department conducted the interview. During the interview I feel she could already knew I wouldn't be what she's looking for because I don't have the relevant experience that she's looking for. Kinda feels like a waste of time.
