Interview
I was a temp contractor working in the labs here. I knew they liked me and wanted to hire me, so the process was very easy. The easiest way to get in the door is to use a staffing agency for a contract job which then will likely turn into a full-time gig unless business is bad.

Basic fundamental chemistry facts. Asked me to describe undergrad projects or research.
Interview went smoothly, with me describing my past experience and the interviewers asking me technical questions related to my projects. Then it ended with a couple behavioral questions, and I concluded the meeting with a couple questions about the company.

Phone screen - HM interview - Possible onsite interview. You really need to match your PhD work with their desired specific skillset. Got very timely feedback from the hiring team.
