I had a very bad experience with Honeywell. Interviews and timing were great, but when I received the formal offer suddenly from Manager the role became specialist. What??!! Hr couldnt describe the real reason for that, consultancy company said they did that in order to guarantee a bigger ammount of candidates. This was the worst experience I faced in my life. How can we start a new carrer like that? Unbelievable! Please be careful with that!!!

The hiring manager let me share all my experience and asked about my job changes, she also asked about my strengths and opportunity areas. There was a challenging assessment required for managers.
