Interview
The interview was conducted by a panel of 3 managers/HR personnel. The first interview will be by phone by a recruiter to seek your qualifications. The next 2 interviews will be locally, if you do good in your first interview you will be set in motion for the second one. If hired, you will be contacted by another recruiter to start the hiring/background process. It was around 8 questions per face to face interview.

What is one thing you accomplished at work, how did you accomplish it and how did you feel? What is one thing you failed at while at work, why did you fail and how did you feel? Tell us of a time that you where overwhelmed at work. Give us an example of a time that you where in danger at work. Tell us about a time that you had an issue with a co-worker and how did you handle it.

Interview
I was the first of the day with a 9am interview. Timing was punctual. I was interviewed by 4 people. All introduced themselves nicely and set a easy-going atmosphere in the room. They began at one end of the table and went down the row asking questions circling back around until I was asked maybe 7-10 questions. At the end I was asked if I had any questions for them. I asked them two questions in return.

Phone interview then called back about 1.5 months later for face to face was interviewed by three person panel it took about 3 months all together but frankford,pa human resources dept for honeywell is horrible.
