The process went relativity quickly. I applied online and received a phone interview. I thought it was going to be a intro interview, but it turned out to be very in depth. They asked a number of questions directly related to the role (fortunately I’ve done similar jobs). However, they were very respectful and answered my questions honestly — I asked rougher questions about their diversity initiatives, changes they made since the George Floyd protests, etc. The company itself seemed to have taken the events of 2020 very seriously.

I applied online and received a call from a recruiter a week later. I had my initial phone interview with the hiring manager the next day. Two days after my phone interview I received a call to have an in person interview with the Senior HR Manager, team members, and the hiring manager. The following week I met with these individuals. Overall the interview lasted about three hours. They asked a lot of the same behavioral questions and provided information about the job itself. It was a very positive and friendly interview process!
