Interview
6 weeks with a basic phone screen, two separate Zoom interviews then two in person interviews. Then two weeks of absolutely nothing. After being told they wanted to move forward quickly, do plus weeks after the final two in-person interviews I was not one of the chosen. Operations person seemed uninterested and trying hard to have a personality but just couldn't get there even after two separate interviews with 4 weeks in between each.

Why do you think you're previous experience at an insurancetech along with years dealing with property management companies, HOAs and condo associations would help you in this role?

Interview
3 quick and well structured interviews. Everyone was very friendly and listened well. Honeycomb would be a good, culture forward, insuretech team to work on with plenty of room for growth
