Interview was standard. Started with a tour around the facility and then met some of the team members. Discussed experience and asked some basic questions about previous work. Reviewed drawings and discussed design intent portrayed by each. I was never contacted by anyone from this company again.

Multiple rounds, including a powerpoint presentation. Process was not quick, and the initial interview was schedule quite a few weeks out. Other than that, the teams are respectful and fun, and it seems like a really intellectually engaging place to work. Questions asked in the interview were standard technical questions in the early rounds. Expect STAR format.

HR screening for half an hour on the phone, Hiring Manager Screening for half an hour on teams, longform interview with team for several hours over teams video chat. Overall the process was very streamlined
