30 minute 1:1 with the hiring manager asking about prior experience and some behavioral questions. Was fairly straight forward and laid back process but did not get moved along for next steps.
I was completed an initial screen with two people and then I was asked to complete a take home assignment followed by interview with a group panel. I was never contacted following the group panel interview and was ghosted. Horrible candidate experience. Glad I not at a company that treats candidates this way.

Question 1
How do you managed the high in flux of fake profiles in the top of the candidate funnel.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hone Health (Boston, MA)
Interview
Started with a brief 15 minute interview with the hiring manager, which is a bit unusual. The next interview was an hour technical interview where the person conducting the interview cut it 20 mins short due to having to run a personal errand. This didn’t allow for enough time to complete the interview and therefore, the company decided not to move forward. Additionally, the leet-code style code live in word approach for a senior analyst is a strange and dated assessment of technical skill that doesn’t accurately represent how a senior analyst works. If you want someone that memorizes syntax as their key skill, you’re missing the point.
