I applied online. I interviewed at HomeSmart International (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jan 2020
Interview
Met alone in conference room with new agent recruiter. Really laidback, just more chitchat about why I wanted to do this, what my plans were, a bit about my background. More of a genuine conversation than a "describe your weaknesses" boilerplate type interview or the typical rahrah Keller Williams is best sales spiel. Most enjoyable interview of all agencies that's why I chose HomeSmart.

friendly, straight forward, and was provided with clear instructions on how to move forward. They basically recruit you, I would say you are more or less interviewing them, in all reality.
