Interview
The interview process at HomeSense involves initial application, one or more round of interviews, concluding with a job offer or rejection. Additionally, the process might discussions about previous retail experience, availability for shifts, and willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
Did a small initial interview on hiring day. Was called back about another interview. The actual one took about 50 mins and was a simple process. They emailed me my offer very soon after.

Worked here a while ago now but it’s a 2 step process, online test and interview. It didn’t take a long time to hear back from each point I think a week for each step (handing CV and interview)
