Cordial, sat down in the office, spoke to a manager. Looked over my resume. Asked me typical interview questions. Called my references after the interview and had a follow up interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at HomeSense (Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied in person and a few weeks later (maybe 2-3), I got a call inviting me for an interview. They had 1 main manager and 2 assistant managers. I got to do my interview with the main manager. Interview was 1hr long and a bit difficult in my opinion especially since it was for a simple customer service representative.

Question 1
They asked many things about school and past experiences mainly rather than focusing on "What ifs" situations.

first got an email and then it was a 10 minute phone call interview the next day and then in person interview which I have yet to do . But on the call interview it was mainly questions like availability and a quick screen to see if you would fit for the role.
