I filled out an application in store, had an informal on-the-spot interview, then was taken to an office to have a longer/formal interview with the manager, even though she was from a different store, and I never saw her again. That day they called my references, and offered me the job the next day. All in all, it was a very quick hiring process, but I did not have orientation for a few days, and then did not start working until about a week or more after that.
Great easy interview the recruiter was very welcoming. They asked about 6 questions and most were just about your past experiences. Then the speak about the role in detail and ask for your availability.
With extensive experience in the Accounting, Administrative and Data Entry field, I am confident in my ability to excel in this role. Applied through their website, then received an over the phone chat about availability and to set a date for interview. It was a 1-1 interview and asked basic questions like ‘tell me about yourself, or when did you face a challenging customer’ etc. Was told I got the job two days later and the orientation was the following week.
