DM came to store to interview existing keyholder to fill open management position. This was a promotion from within the company. Possibility of training at other nearby locations was a strong possibility.

Straightforward and to the point. Specifics vary on market, and I would suggest arriving with a few questions in mind. Credit sales are essential to this role or the driving of them thereof, as well as efficiency of tasking and merchandise flow.

The interview process was very professional and in a nice environment. It was a short interview with basic questions and the interviewer was very nice. The store was clean and the office where the interview took place was very nice also.

Quick and easy application process and interview process. Interviewed with hr then the district manager then was offered the position through hr. They asked fairly easy questions for the role. Everyone I spoke with was respectful and professional.
