It was a group interview. The process was more like a conversation. It started off with standard questions about availability, hours wanted to work per week, willingness to work overnight etc. Then it started out by asking hobbies, interests. Then they asked situational questions: have you had a bad experience with a coworker, have you had an experience where you were rated below your standard by a manager etc.

Quick, I was asked a few questions then offered the job. Everybody was very happy and nice! Spent maybe 10 minutes in the managers office before offered the seasonal job.
Very easy, if you show up, you're hired. Tell them about your previous work experience and how it applies to the current role. Tell them about what you want to do in the future, if you're a college student.
