Very easy and personal. Very professional. Came in and was greeted in such a way that just made you know this is for me. Took time to ask me about myself.

Interview
I was interviewed by the company nurse, she was very professional and friendly. We talked about my previous experience as a caregiver. Then we talked about what was expected of me on the job. I was then asked if I could go that day to take a drug test. The interview lasted for about 30-40 minutes.

Kim (REM), did my interview. She was very nice and gave me a lot of information. The questions were pretty basic and there were no trick questions. When I arrived I was greeted right away and offered beverages (they have a cafe).
