Process easy enough. The staff was friendly, helpful.and had answers to most all my questions. The time between interview and hire was minimal. Some concerns about pay were vague. I have been interviewed in a more professional way by companies, but I would rather have a more relaxed interview. The policies of the company were given out in folder and time given to review them.

Kim (REM), did my interview. She was very nice and gave me a lot of information. The questions were pretty basic and there were no trick questions. When I arrived I was greeted right away and offered beverages (they have a cafe).

The interview process was easy. They ask you if you have any experience. After the interview, they do call your references, so make sure you have good ones. It took about a week to schedule orientation.
