Phone screen and then an in-person interview. The office is split between 2 floors so there was a sign directing you away from the elevators towards the bottom floor. It was rather chaotic.

Won't go into details. Just that after I got to the Coffee with the hiring manager it was obvious that I wasn't a good fit and the guy was condescending. He showed up late, told me he needed to move his bike, came back in again and ordered himself a coffee. About 20 minutes after the interview was supposed to start, he started. He was not at all prepared for interviewing me. Which I'm sure didn't help my chances.

Interview
Submitted an online application and completed an assessment. The questions were thoughtful and insightful. Eventually moved onto a phone screen with recruiting where we discussed the job a bit more and answered questions about my background/skill set. Met hiring manager for in person and started work a few days later.
