There was a large group being interviewed. We each had to pitch a random world problem in detail and propose a solution in front of the rest of the group. They were testing our interpersonal skills and how we could describe issues that require funding emphatically.

Like any workplace they had a face to face interview. Once you’re selected you’re then given full training on how to pitch & how the tabs are used in order to sign up people.
