Well organized, professional and complete. All answers written by the Area Manager. Waited 15 minutes. Interview in a room off of the lunch room - awkward walking through.

Specific examples of challenges and past experiences. How do you overcome objections, how did you improve a skill, best customer story, examples of adding on etc. I have a lot of history, so I picked the most current and local examples.

It was really quick and a very smooth process, got replies from the team very quick.

Total 3 rounds- One on call and two in person, first with the supervisor and ASM and then third one with store manager.
