Came in to a little room where we discussed about if I ever had any experience, what I studied in, and a little about my own interests. The interviewer was the manager of the department and was very laid back, yet serious.

Three interviews asking basic retail questions. I was interviewed at a job fair, then met with a lower manager, then finally with the store manager. The interviews were all fairly easy and I wasn’t expected to know anything about paint.
